  The real estate directory is now live, supporting all local listings in the Delaware area. Real estate brokers, agents, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and more can now advertise on this site. Banner advertising rates are listed below. Choose the size banner you want, and then contact Delaware.net to make payment arrangements.

• Free Business Directory

  You can add your website to our business directory for free. You can also purchase a premium advertisement
  for $50 per year, which includes three category listings, additional search keywords, your logo, and more search engine tags.

Banner Advertising - Available Now

Non-Rotating Premier Banners (for a limited time, these are offered without rotation)

Full Banner - $400 per month (non-rotating) For a limited time, we are offering non-rotating full banner space at the top of the site for just $400 per month. This means that your banner will remain at the top of the web site and will not rotate with other banners. This offer is first-come, first served. So once we sell two of these positions, they will be locked in for a year. This deal will not last, and is being offered because the site is new. This is our largest banner at 468 pixels wide, by 60 pixels in height. You must supply us the banner, or you can have Delaware.Net design a banner advertisement for you.

Vertical Banner - $300 per month (non-rotating) This is a limited-time, non-rotating offer. Lock this rate in for one year to get your advertisement on the site so that it is always there, and isn't rotating with other advertisements in the same spot. This large, vertical banner is located just under the real estate search on the left side of the web site. This banner is 120 pixels wide, by 240 pixels high. This is enough space to present a large message. Your banner can be animated, and it can also be an animated flash banner. You must supply us the banner, or you can have Delaware.Net design a banner advertisement for you.
